Union Market, and Stowaway in particular, is responsible for a huge amount of formative memories and experiences in my recent life. It is a place my love for my now-fiancee grew in our first few dates, and has been a place where I've met and made more friends than any other eating, drinking, or social establishments in Orange County. The work they do and their dedication to the craft of tiki, service, and cocktails is something that industry professionals, tiki aficionados, and both tourists and locals are so thankful to experience. It would be a tremendous loss for these businesses to close.

Do you put a value on your reputation ? Do the smart and profitable business thing, and comeback to the negotiation table in order to make a fair deal ! Stowaway and the remaining Union Market Tenants all have HUGE CUSTOMER BASES that are PASSIONATE and won't let this unfortunate situation go without a FIGHT / PROTEST !! What comes along with this type of hard core customer is a BIG MOUTH THAT LOVES TO TALK and when given a chance will rake Vestar / Kimco over the flaming coals in order to drive business away from your unreasonable company !

It is the LANDLORD’S accountability who messed up the union market and must address the issue. It’s extremely unfair for the tenants who have got good records to pay their rental. We strongly support Leaf N Cream to stay still.

Not sure if you’d listen to a polite request, but here goes: Please do what you can to save preserve these wonderful assets that create a destination shopping and dining experience. I have no desire to visit another mall where one can find a generic experience. Shopping at the district compares to shopping Downtown Disney and the Spectrum. Please visit these businesses and see for yourself the experience we’d lose if these businesses were forced out.

I love the Stowaway and the Union Market. Great spots to take clients due to their diversity of options and styles! Tustin doesn't offer many fun spots like this.
