Known to all in the community and knows everyone. A first class postie! At a time when Royal Mail is under threat from all sides, why shoot itself in the foot by removing a community service. Steve knows everyone on the round; he is aware when something is wrong and will raise his concerns with neighbours. Will we really get the same community-minded service from his replacement? I suspect not.. We will be made to put up with the disinterested, lacklustre service provided in so many other areas. Wake up, Royal Mail, and realise when you are on to a winner!

Steve is a wonderful, friendly and local postman. He goes out of his way to look after our postal deliveries and would be very much missed by so many of us. Please keep Steve on his usual round.
