How upsetting, Steve is an institution round here. As a caring jovial guy, he keeps an eye on the vulnerable residents who he knows. He re-sorts the incorrectly sorted mail from the depot so that misdelivery is rare.
Unless Steve is retiring, there can be no logical reason for this to go ahead. Any unwanted replacement would not be able to offer what Steve's 19 years experience counts for.

He is very reliable, friendly & efficient. He knows where we are happy for packages to be left & remembers other preferences. It is never such a good service when he is away.
