Here is a guy who has built up relationships and trust within the local area .
A really nice genuine guy who doesnt deserve this ,its not is if hes leaving just because someone else wants his round .

Steve is a lovely guy who looks after our post and delivers it in an honest way.
If he doesn't want to leave and is obviously doing a good job, don't change it. Tell the manager to do a different round.

Steve is lovely, friendly and reliable. We trust him and he knows everyone in the area and is able to spot mis-addressed post at times.

Steve is an exceptionally wonderful man and an honest and reliable postman. He knows us all individually and we would miss him greatly if he were replaced. Please do not do it.
