Steel making has been on Teesside for what seems like forever. In the face of the Italians rescuing their steel plant. Why can't more be done to save British industry?

Nationalise Redcar Steel don't make them suffer the same fate as the people of Consett. Never forget the northeasts steel making heritage and the promises made in 1980.

thousands of unemployed and thousands of families will be massively effected if SSI on teesside closes, it's what our community is built on. I don't think Mr Cameron knows the effect and the devastation it will cause to the area, quite frankly does he even care
