Generations of families work here, the recent cuts have already impacted on our community and local business. Let's get our ghost town back to the tourist spot ot was meant to be. A family beach with the iconic steel works in the background. Saving our steel industry will save more than just steel jobs, you want people ofd benefits Mr Cameron, how about allowing a town to really contribute to our economy? Get your finger out and come and speak to some of these families yourself.

My husband is a shift manager at Ssi and along with the other thousands if people cannot afford to lose his job as we will lose our home and car etc. It's about time this government started to help people who put into thus country and not bleedin immigrants who we owe nothing to. It's a disgrace what's happening for once Cameron do the right thing.

you need to take action now David! Teesside was built on the steel industry and we do not want to loose it. Why don't you come and see for yourself how our workforce are the most passionate determined people and how important the industry is to our area.
