We need this to stay open not just for me because i work there its for our country if this place shuts down it will turn into a ghost town save our steel

You saved the banks now it is time to save the people who provide the materials to build the banks!

Decimated the coal industry, now Tories are to finish our steel industry. The North is as much part of the country as the South where they were happy to bail out the banks.

Our government say they can't provide direct help because of EU rules.......but did for banks (to save us would take 0.01% of what they spent on the banks) and Italy already have this year, so why not us??????? If they're sitting on their hands so they can win an argument while letting over 2,000 people lose their jobs then they're even more of the disgrace that we knew they already were If we were SSI Bank and based inside the M25 we'd be fine and with a bonus too!
