Chamber or commerce has started a petition to band SOWO, so I say start a petition to keep SOWO!!! They have 1500 supporters but I know there's more SOWO FANS. Yea there where some acting a fool, but tell me where they don't when 1,000s of people from different states come together. For the ones acting a fool tearing things up make em pay for it!!!
