This is absolutely ridiculous, a part time contract would be easily manageable. The growth I've seen in ladies rugby because of the development of Sophie from the colleges is remarkable.

We would all really appreciate if you would consider giving Spence a part time contract. She has worked so hard to bring the ladies team to where it is today and as it stands we would benefit further from her coaching in many years to come
