Find a way to keep it open. There is little enough healthy ways to pass time indoors with the shocking weather in the U.K.

is this not a short sighted decision as surely the ski slope has been a good tourist attraction over the years.

Keep it open for the kids. It is very popular even in the Summer - I know I've seen it for myself. So much for sporting legacy Sport England. Shame on you!

We need to keep sporting facilties going, we are being bombarded with news of obese children and adults and how much it costs the NHS to treat illness due to obesity. We must not take sporting facilities away from our communities.

Plas-y-Brenin helped inspire me back to skiing in my later adult life, so for the past many years I have been doing something I loved as a teenager, and just as much now.
How many others of all ages has it helped start?
Beautiful location, great activity for all the family, crazy to loose it - improve it and spread the word!

Had my first ever ski experience here before a school ski trip (Ysgol Gyfun Llangefni) back in 1972/73

Closure of any sporting facility should be done with full consultation and an impact assessment.

Its ok for the rich kids to go off to Cloisters with Mummy & Look after the real future of our country the ones that will have to work for a living

this slope is where me, my brothers and all my cousins first discovered our love for skiing, it would be a real shame if it were to be fully closed

I have used this many times for family trips, my son even had his 18th birthday at PYB , i have also brought groups from Manchester and the school's that I have worked with,in fact I have just booked a break in Capel Cruig this Easter I will no doubt be at PYB , I hope that the slope will be open by then, it will be a shame if not.

I learnt to ski at Plas y Brenin 35 years ago and now I want my daughter to be able to do the same.
