Additional parking is a must -- especially for events. A net increase of 150 spots is not enough when we have the space for as many as 300 more. At least try to save an additional 200 spaces in the original lot.

No brainer- More parking, less Money. Resident I am, but have visitors, as we all do. Would hate to see a palm tree where 2 or 4 cars could stand...

the natural landscape around the perimeter of the old parking lot is beautiful. We need the parking spaces in the "old lot" to decrease illegal parking on streets and at businesses. If you leave the plan intact, they will come! Leave it alone and save your money. You do not need to spend money on waste development. Be smart; be prudent. Look to the future. Simply Siesta Key; simply natural beauty. Leave it alone.
