I am writing to strongly urge you to help Scott Hapgood. What he and his family have gone through these past months is beyond unfair. He needs the support of our government now and it should happen immediately. The judicial system in Anguilla has said that “they can’t guarantee his safety” but yet he has to continue to return.
Please take heart and help this innocent man. I am counting on you to do the right thing for this outstanding CT resident.
