I grew up with Scott in Darien and I believe that it is next to impossible to get a fair trial in the island nation.

This is an outrage! Talk about corruption. There needs to be a national boycott of this place.

Both CT Senators should present this to the Senate floor to resolve this issue for a American citizen that is being railroaded in a foreign land.

Scott is clearly innocent and this should not be dragging on for as long as it has.

He did what any father would do to protect his family in such a terrifying situation. Not to mention the assailant was high on cocaine . It is scary that he has little recourse and they have made it a case about race which has no bearing on the facts of the case . The fact that it has come to this is horrendous. Our politicians should be supporting him.

Scott is innocent! He should not have to go back to Anguilla. He was trying to protect his family & himself.
