This is unbelievable, let this man alone ,he defended himself n sat on the guy .This man shouldnt of even been walking around after raping someone. Are you kid me .This story gets me my brother was murdered in phila by 6 people brutally beaten and left for dead and we couldnt even get a murder charge on them .He was hit over the head with a hammer n a chair stick kicked in the head .Je had brain bleed where he ended up having half his skull removed to relieve the pressure then he went into a coms n died .Thats a murder charge all day long but in rhe us they didnt get murder. How you gonna give this guy a murder charge for this .Let him free .

Please help Scott and is family with the American Support he deserves. There is nothing fair about what he and his family are going through since the whole situation was initiated by a dysfunctional drug addict.

Anguilla and the Amberge Maliouhana are beautiful places to visit and the Hapgood family chose to vacation there, never expecting for someone to come to their room with a knife, demanding cash. The fact of the matter is the Kenny Mitchel died because he had a lethal amount of cocaine in his system. This was proven by the toxicology report. Mr Hapgood is innocent, and should be found as such. It is very sad for the family and friends of Mr Mitchel to hear of this instance, but Kenny Mitchel made mistakes that cost him his life. There is no benefit for Scott Hapgood and his family to suffer any further duress. He did not end Mr. Mitchel's life. He was protecting his family. The reputation of the resort and the island will suffer if he is found guilty. Please do the right thing and find him innocent. Thank you.

I’ve known Scott and his family for over 40 years . He did the right thing protecting his family . All charges should be dropped and the hotel should pay for all of the grief that they put this family through. Shame on a 4 star hotel for hiring someone who just got out of prison for rape . What were they thinking!!! Please help Scott

Please use your power for good.
This is a huge injustice to Scott Hapgood...he should not be on trial like this which is clearly a self-defense case. To be attacked in his hotel room by a violent man, high on cocaine - this whole family might be dead if he hadn't acted so heroically. Please help him. Thank you.

I met Scott, Kallie and their children while visiting with other members of their family this past Winter. As with their entire family, both Scott and Kallie were nothing but kind and generous. Scott was defending his family and they all should be focusing on recovering from the tragic event not having to defend his name.
