KEEP THE CLUB AT SB. UNBELIEVABLE THAT THEY WOULD TRY TO KILL OFF A PROPER LOCAL SIDE JUST FOR SOME UNI RANKINGS TABLE
spent three years at sb and the rugby boys were the heart of the place. dont move it up to main campus the trek is way too far for anyone living in kegworth
Played there back in 08 and it was the highlight of my time at uni. You cant just dismantle the community we built there.
we never have enough time as it is with labs and placements. adding travel time to up is just not gonna happen.
Ridiculous decision. SB has always had its own vibe and the rugby team is a massive part of that. Leave it alone.

I learnt to play rugby at SB. In those days we played in notts Lincs Derby Division 5 - it was great playing teams like Castle Donnington, Bolsover and Cotgrave collieries, East Leake, and floodlit matches in Burton on Trent. Don't let them beat you and keep a team going whatever happens, you don't need BUCS
