We, the undersigned netball players and supporters, urge the Sarah Baartman Netball Association administration to address the inadequacies of the current netball executive committee (EXCO). Despite our dedication and passion, the EXCO's lack of effective management and organization has resulted in:
- Missed opportunities to participate in national competitions.
- Overwhelming conflict and politics between coaches, exco and our leaders.
- Unfair disadvantages for players seeking to advance their netball careers.
We believe that every player deserves the chance to reach their full potential and compete at the highest level. Therefore, we demand:
- A functional and accountable EXCO that prioritizes the needs of players.
- Transparency in decision-making processes.
- A clear plan to restore our district's netball program to its former glory.
By signing this petition, we stand together to save our district's netball and ensure that future generations have the opportunities we deserve.

I have been hearing from so many of you about the missed tournaments and the internal politics that keep pulling us apart and honestly it is just exhausting to even list it all out. Spent most of the morning drafting emails to the leadership because someone has to start asking the hard questions even if they ignore us again. It feels like we are shouting into a void sometimes but I know the players are worth the effort so I keep typing.

Seeing all these names show up honestly feels like a fever dream and I just keep refreshing the page because it is so surreal that so many people actually care about fixing our courts. I have been staring at the screen for an hour feeling completely shocked that this is finally picking up real speed when I honestly thought I was just yelling into the void about these issues by myself.

We to revive and re-elect a new structure as netball are suffering in the District
We have been failed by the current ghost structure and very shocking that they have resigned and been reinstated. The reinstated president is not even communicating to the relevant structures of the district. Wooooow

It’s appalling and destroying the future of the Sarah Baartman Stars.
