We, the undersigned netball players and supporters, urge the Sarah Baartman Netball Association administration to address the inadequacies of the current netball executive committee (EXCO). Despite our dedication and passion, the EXCO's lack of effective management and organization has resulted in:

- Missed opportunities to participate in national competitions.

- Overwhelming conflict and politics between coaches, exco and our leaders.

- Unfair disadvantages for players seeking to advance their netball careers.

We believe that every player deserves the chance to reach their full potential and compete at the highest level. Therefore, we demand:

- A functional and accountable EXCO that prioritizes the needs of players.

- Transparency in decision-making processes.

- A clear plan to restore our district's netball program to its former glory.

By signing this petition, we stand together to save our district's netball and ensure that future generations have the opportunities we deserve.
