Stop the Sports Complex development. Our neighbors don't want it in our backyards.

Thanks to all who have put so much time into this cause - it’s important to keep the Quality of life we set out to live in this beautiful little valley, if this goes through we can expect many other projects to be approved right under our noses. We have to set a precedence on what we want our surrounding neighborhood to look like, represent and how we want to leave it for future generations!! We want to keep it a desirable place to live and to maintain our property values. To those of you who are for this monstrosity going in peoples front and back yards and loading the roads, there are many houses for sale in the City - Prayers to the Cause !

Allowing a massive sports complex to be built in a quiet, rural community where there are no services borders on insanity, or worse yet. This is insanity!

Many of us have only one means of egress during a wildfire which is down the hill towards Glenrose. The current infrastructure can't handle the traffic from an exiting sports complex. A Wildfire evacuation on top of this would bring everything to a standstill and would endanger people. This is horrible planning.

3 generation roots back to 1920 are in Glenrose. We must preserve the integrity of beauty and protect the wildlife. Once it's gone, it will never, ever be the same.

This area is not equipped to handle the traffic and parking for a sports complex. It's also unfair to burden this rural place from light pollution from stadium lighting.

The sports complex will generate too much traffic for Glenrose Road and 37th Ave. Don't do it.

Continuous citizen participation is required for ANY changes to the comprehensive plan under the rules of GMA. Glenrose has always desired to be a semirural community. Any changes MUST reflect the neighborhoods quality of life interests. This sports complex does not !!!!!!
