This development is a preposterous proposal for a rural area. It is against every community plan. The fire department is against it. JUST STOP IT.

The road surrounding this proposed site is already dangerous, and this is some of the last remaining undeveloped historical farmland nearby. Please do not allow this.

Despite incomplete documentation and lack of response to the county’s 29+ required requests for revisions and resubmission, our district’s Gig Harbor Peninsula Land Use Advisory Committee meets via Zoom to discuss and provide their recommendation next week on this proposed plat and group home development. If you’d like to participate in the meeting, the Zoom info is below. The rural are will not support the scope of this project. Traffic and accessibility to emergency services is limited by current road conditions.

Sounds like they are attempting to circumvent the current permit requirements. I say no .This was going on before, that's why the mayor and the council positions changed over so dramatically on the last election.

The most appealing thing about Gig Harbor is its natural beauty, it’s slower pace, it’s history. We do not need more traffic, more commercial establishments, more cement.

Olson drive is a narrow country road that cannot sustain the traffic that would come with a Luxury resort.. Not only is it not appropriate here, it’s unsafe so close to Harbor Heights Elementary and Goodman Middle School. Kids walk and ride their bikes home from school. Finally, Gig Harbor is already so consumed with over development, can we not leave our rural areas rural?
