Save Roebling from overdevelopment

Current infrastructure cannot support the traffic in this area as it currently stands. Adding more dwellings, people and cars would be detrimental to the current residents and businesses.

FIND ANOTHER LOCATIOIN. STOP RUINING OUR TOWN. WE DON'T NEED MORE HOUSING - MAKE BETTER USE OF WHAT WE HAVE.

Placing housing on that spot will be a nightmare for Roebling Elementary and traffic …shameful

This town doesn’t need these units. There’s been too much development over the last few years. Traffic is bad enough with all the Amazon trucks and warehouses!!!

I was significantly instrumental in killing the last build between the Charter school and public school when Holy Assumption wanted 34 units placed on the acres between them. Approximately one block away from this new project. Could someone contact me to get me up to speed on this plan, as it is the first I am hearing/reading about it? May I say however, the more signatures you get the more important your cause becomes. Make them registered taxpayers of Roebling who sign.

I am against any further development in our area. As it is we do not have the infrastructure to support any thing else.

Roebling only has so much space. Stop trying to overcrowd this small town.

Lived here for years we do not need it. Don’t touch anything in the historicarea, please.

The additional burden to the two schools on Hornberger and traffic congestion at the beginnng and end of the school day would be dangerous. Furthermore, does not the Freedom Village account for Roebling’s contribution?

I support low income but not in out lil town we are over populated as is !

There is space at the old Bung's tavern, which has been vacant for years.

We're losing all our trees and our schools don't have enough room to add any more housing!!!

We need to protect the last piece of wooded area in town.

Very concerned I live on 9th and this will definitely make a negative impact on our neighborhood!

Lot of issues wrong with building inside Roebling I don’t know why you don’t Utilize the VFW for the kids as an activity center for kids that can’t afford football or basketball or other activities or are Handicapped..

I am not one to typically sign these, however, all the townhouses being built are being used as "low income housing." I am not against anyone who is faced with low income issues, however, there tend to be certain personalities and lifestyles associated within low income housing. As a homeowner in Roebling, we have already experienced some of the kids/teens from the new development up to no good looking/breaking into cars on our street. The cops are coming out more often than I've seen in the 6 years I've lived here.

Enough is enough. Can't think what the congestion would be during the school year.
