This would be the only rink in the San Francisco/San Mateo/Palo Alto Area. The local schools and Stanford give the rink a built in audience. The old rink actually made money as well.

Roller Skating has always been an activity that helps stabilize neighborhoods. It's an activity that limits no one, and is affordable for everyone. It's an activity that builds friendships, agility, respect for others on the floor and is a great stress reducer. This neighborhood needs a roller skating rink.

Great fun and good exercise! Especially needed when weather is uncooperative. Lessons would be nice as well.

Roller skating has been a huge part of my and my husband’s lives for over 25 years, and specifically at Redwood Roller Rink from 1999 until it closed in 2017 . Our closest friends all came into our lives through roller skating. Redwood Roller Rink is where our daughter learned to socialize, both with adults and other children. We need a family sport venue where adults and children alike can meet, socialize, and have a good time. Some of our fondest memories are of our times in the roller rink with friends.
