Not sure who the owner/management of a new rink would be, but would like to see a rink in the area.

1997-2000 As a young teen, I came here to meet girls, rather than going out drinking with my friends.

I support this with all my heart! I have a petition going for an outdoor roller skating plaza in Oakland. We need this wholesome, healthy, community building activity elevated and supported in every city across the US. Skating = happiness.

I've grown up in Menlo Park and have many wonderful childhood memories of the roller rink. Please preserve our community's history and what makes it special!

Roller rinks are a safe and effective way to keep communities and especially children fit and healthy. They should be prioritized and even publicly funded if needed, much like city swimming pools.

Roller rinks are too important to communities to lose.
