There is no need to develop this area. There are plenty of empty houses and unfinished developments throughout the valley. Please don't destroy such a beautiful place and don't allow for the abandonment of the interior valley.

Best part of working in Vegas for a month was one day off and having a go at epenepherine , it was so refreshing to leave the somewhat tacky world of gambling and shows to see a fabulous part of Nevada , it really is worth saving ,

I lived in Las Vegas for 13 years and during those years I spent all of them rock climbing, cycling an running the trails in Red Rock Canyon. The area is a national treasure, to build anywhere near such a special and unique environment would be a tragedy that would set a precedence for developers in other regions with lands that truly need protection.

The natural beauty of the land surrounding Red Rocks cannot be overstated. Developing the pristine desert habitat into suburban neighborhoods would be a strike against our natural heritage.
