Red Rocks is home to fabulous climbing, animals, and breathtaking scenery. It should not be taken advantage of because people want to live there. There are plenty of places in Nevada to build homes. If you want to see the view, get outside and take a hike. Let this beautiful piece of preserved land stay untouched and only available to those who respect nature and this land. Leave Red Rocks alone.

This is by far not the best place for any housing extension! totally against it! I love hiking in the red rock area and would hate driving for miles on end through housing. I like it as it is. More houses have already been built closing the gap between the canyon and traffic lights with shoppig plazas. Enough of this mad expansion toward west!

Oh, for crying out loud, leave it alone already. There are plenty of other places to put your tickytack boxes and make your yuppie fortune. You don't have to ruin something special in the process.
