Is nothing sacred in this town? Money just dictates everything in and around Las Vegas. If this goes through there should be an investigation into all of those who voted YES.

This is not a good idea. Traffic and congestion is bad enough up there. NO to adding housing to the beautiful scenery of RR.

Red Rock Canyon is the best part of Las Vegas. Don't mess it up with housing developments. Please build somewhere else.

I strongly believe there are housing oppertunities elsewhere and that this land remain wild for the habitat, and recreational oppertunities it gives, its a place for people to be connected to nature. It's very important that we stay connected and have access to these sanctuaries, SAVE THE RED ROCKS or greed will kill our wild lands if you let it.

RED ROCK isn't the place for homes. The beauty of RED ROCK needs to be preserved for all to enjoy. I bike, hike, run and over night trips to RED ROCK. The last thing I want to see is houses.

Red Rock National Conservation is a treasure for all to enjoy and should not be destroyed or threatened for more houses and shopping centers. The area does not need more traffic, noise and pollution. Can we not leave natural beauty alone? Leave Red Rock in peace.

Practically every hilltop surrounding the LV Valley has already been sold off to developers and rezoned to allow them build high-end homes. These homes have magnificent views for those few affluent buyers who can afford them. Please deny this rezoning request to preserve the beauty of the Red Rock Canyon so that the millions of us locals who must live on the Valley floor can continue to admire the unobstructed view of this amazing National Park. Please don't sell out for the sake of a few extra tax dollars in your coffers - if the County is so desperate for money, raise our property taxes instead. I ask that our elected officials don't take the easy way out...just this once.

I grew up in Vegas, and I always loved driving west and seeing the sun on Redrock as it came up behind me. And with all the camping and hiking trails. I say leave it alone and let Las Vegas residents have somthing beautiful to look at besides casinos and houses.
