Developing the area near Red Rock would destroy one of the major cycling routes in the Las Vegas Valley, and must be stopped.

The best part of red rocks is the remote feeling you get when you look across the park. These buildings would ruin the entire experience. There are plenty of other places to build that don't ruin the best thing Nevada has to offer.

Let the Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area stay the way it is by preventing the expansion of residential homes to the west of Las Vegas.

Vote to prevent the non-rural development of Red Rock Canyon. We must preserve and enhance the conservation activities for this beautiful place for future generations to enjoy.

keep this area free of developement. The mountain range and is surrounding ecosystems don't need anymore encroachment in housing or development. Can't we leave some areas off limit for future generations to enjoy.

I travel to Red Rock National Conservation Area often to enjoy recreation in the amazing natural landscape. It pains me to think that the thousands of other citizens who would not otherwise visit the area are not recognized as an important consituency for the future of eco based tourism in Nevada. I would revisit my decision to spend valuable time and money traveling to Las Vegas if I did not feel that the locals treasured their open spaces as much as I do.

Wild and open places are more important than development because once a wild and open place is gone, it's gone for ever. Red Rock Canyon is a unique and special open space that deserves to be preserved.

As a frequent visitor to the Red Rock conservation area, I find it appalling that the Clark County Commissioner is still considering this development. The opposition to this development has been vocal and in place for years. The Las Vegas area does not need to encroach more on the surrounding desert landscape, but needs to start looking inward to redevelop existing low density areas. Preserve the vistas and beauty of the desert for generations to come, do not approve this project!

People have expanded and changed the environment of Nevada so much already, leave this place unchanged at least.

Have spent a lot of time in the Canyons of Red Rock over the years. It's a magical place that should be protected for future generations. Stop the development!
Save Red Rock!
