I don't want to see houses from the park. I go there to get away from all that. Plus this will add lots of traffic to a scenic drive and a heavy biking path.

I fly to red rocks every two years from Maryland spending about a month climbing and visiting Vegas. It will be a shame if we lost such a beautiful place to home development.

My parents bought a house in Blue Diamond about 20 years. It has a small town feeling,they all know their neighbors. Don't change it for profit. Many animals still roam free, don't take their home too.

Please do not allow the housing and community development in red rock, there is already a community there - they are climbers, backpackers, outdoorsmen, wild life such as birds, rabits, reptiles and native plants - these places are what need to be protected not developing houses that trash mother nature and turn this beautiful canyon of unique rock into another elitist suburb.

More development is NOT what Vegas needs, especially not in that area. It's s beautiful place people come from all over top recreate. Don't spoil or ruin it.

The whole idea of having a beautiful , unspoiled area in the immediate vicinity of Vegas is invaluable to tourism and residents alike. Why on earth would you destroy it? No one wants to go look at yet another housing development.
