Do not develop on a beautiful stretch of scenery. The world needs less strip malls, wide-lane roads, and garbage being peddled by corporations in malls that exploit the workers, bring little to no real wealth to its surrounding community, and essentially ruin an otherwise perfectly good empty space. The NPS should protect the area indefinitely. This developer should take a hike off a cliff.
