I visit Red Rock each year to take in the natural beauty and savor the solitude found so improbably close to the madness of the Strip and the sprawl of suburbia. This is not a decision that can be reversed and a national treasure would be irrevocably altered. Please consider the cultural and social value of un-developed natural lands in Nevada.

Houses should not be built on around or near these majestic mountains. Vegas has expanded enough, and there's plenty of other land to claim and expand on.

I'm going to share this around...seriously can't believe it. They want to take down our playground; and that's not exclusive to rocks, but extends to the outdoors as a whole. I'm signing for myself, my friends and family, the community as a whole, and for future generations to come.

Red Rock is one of the few peaceful and naturally beautiful areas of Vegas. Developing it would just destroy it. Please develop and commercialize somewhere else!

Keep wild land wild... why ruin a beautiful desert with homes, and also destroying the delicate and diverse landscape, that in my mind is the worst crime.

There are houses all over the Las Vegas Valley. Keep this beautiful area wild. By keeping Red Rock wild, you improve the quality of life and leisure for those who live in the valley.

The integrity of a national conservation area vs profits for a developer, how would approving this not be a form of "takings" from the thousands of visitors to Red Rock Canyon?

Red Rock Canyon is the pride and joy of Las Vegas! We need to save its natural beauty and magnificence for the enjoyments of the people of the world and the children of generations to come!
- let's build homes elsewhere!
