I live in hawaii and Red rock canyon is one of my favorite places in the continental Usa. One of the reasons I love it so much is because it is a beautiful and undeveloped place. To put a massive housing development across the street would completely ruin the beauty and draw of the area. There is no need for more pollution, or traffic, in that area, which is inevitable if a housing development is built nearby.

The Rock Rock park needs to be maintained and left the way it is. Plenty of land in the surrounding desert!!
