I love red rocks. It's serene beauty and removal from civilization is what makes it such a beauty to visit. The amount of pollution and damage that these home will cause is terrifying.

Red Rock is a national treasure and deserves protection from these proposed zoning changes, by a company who has already stripped the earth of resources. We and many others make a yearly trip to Las Vegas in order to visit the wonderland that is Red Rocks. We support local businesses, hotels, restaurants and grocery stores. We come to enjoy the natural environment away from the crowds in town. This proposed development would make a significant impact on the environment of Red Rocks and also on the experience of solitude in the canyon.

There are so many reasons to NOT develop near Red Rock: more pollution in the area, lack of water, it will negatively affect the Red Rock environment. The list could go on and on. You were elected to represent Nevadans, not developers. Please do the right thing!

Nooooo! That place is awesome and will loose its character if the affect of Las Vegas get any closer. Keep new development out and away of the natural conservation

I have always loved red rock and it is a great place to go out doors and get away from all of the construction and craziness that Las Vegas is. There is too much construction that kicks animals right out of their homes.

The beauty of nature is much more important to our future generations than more money in a developers pocket! This area needs to be a national park and protected. I lived there in the 1960's and visit often. Prettier than any casinos or homes or fast food places could ever be!
