This place is magical to me, I spent incredible weeks camping and climbing there, please do not let this drastic building project anywhere near the natural wonder. We will regret it instantly, and 100 years from now will look back and think "what the hell were these people thinking?"

One of the few places to escape the urban sprawl near Las Vegas, and they wanna take the sprawl there....?!

Red Rock is a space that continues to improve the lives of people by being an outdoor space for exercise. The health benefits of exercise of disease prevention is critical. Additionally, I believe keeping the area as is will also go toward water conservation practices. With houses comes excessive and wasteful water practices. More revenue will not come to the State with more housng. My concerns are with the risk for more costs associated with water, waste water, and health costs associated with physical inactivity when buildings go up and outdoor spaces are destroyed.

I'm new to Las Vegas as of March 2016, I moved from the east coast where we don't have canyons and mountains like we do in Las Vegas. I'd like to keep red Rock the way it is out here.

After years of volunteering with at-risks youth, who are exposed to the remoteness and beauty of RRCNC, it would not only be dissapointing to see this area developed and rural status taken away, but it would directly impact the experience of learning, growing, and cultivating positivity within the lives of many locals and visitors, especially those altering their lives for the better through the experience and love for the outdoors and RRCNC
