Follow Boulder Colorado’s example. Open space is essential to beautiful communities. Too much damage has already been done here by greedy developers as they pack homes on top of one another. Red Rock and the surrounding area must be kept in its natural state. Build elsewhere. Listen to the people.

Red Rock deserves to stay in peace and not allow for the scenery to be blocked by more developments in the community.

There are plenty of places to build on the south side of the city. Stop being greedy.

We need to preserve the natural splendor of this unique desert for everyone to enjoy, not just the few who will be able to afford the houses with a great view.

Red Rocks is a very unique place that has already seen multiple impacts from urban expansion. The natural beauty of the area is cherished by people from around the world. Once the solitude and wild feeling is gone, we can never get it back. Please keep red rocks rural.

The natural beauty of the Red Rocks conservation area is the main reason I have visited 2 - 3 times a year for many years now and this development would greatly detract from that experience. If this were to proceed I would seriously rethink Las Vegas as a regular travel destination.
