I have vacationed in Red Rock Canyon each of the last three years, contributing many dollars to the local economy. Should this housing development go forward, I would be very hesitant to return, as I want to vacation away from it all while having the conveniences of Vegas just minutes away. I'm certainly not going to vacation in a suburb or high density housing. This development would end my interest in going to Nevada for tourism and vacations.

There are plenty of available houses in the Las Vegas Valley. We do not need new construction, especially in that area.

The benefit to the the huge, greatest and distant public, will be to keep this area rural, not to develop with short term or any term development. Let what happens in Vegas stay in Vegas!
