Dont do it. It's one of the last places worth anything in Vegas. Keep the houses and hookers in the city where they belong.

Development is a big business in Vegas. The most money to be had is by developing raw land. Unfortunately, the model of sprawl is bad for the environment, dwindling resources, and Vegas overall. In fact the only thing it is good for is the pockets of the developers and those who benefit from that business. The commissioners should draw the line, stop the sprawl, and seek to entice improvements from the city center out.

I have lived most of my life on the east coast and the beauty of place like Red Rocks has drawn me.to the West to appreciate it near and far. Be smart with the space you have and treasure this place.
