This shouldn't even be a question. Red Rock is one of the truely beautiful places in Nevada.

Improvements to current housing in the city and better use of property that is currently not being used efficiently would have a much better impact than essentially ruining a national conservation area.

Thus is a world attraction why clutter it with unnecessary development there's plenty space not obstructing our park or the views that this area provides make it public land
