Allowing this development in Red Rocks would be devastating to the most remarkable natural resource surrounding Las Vegas. Allowing this would be a significant breach of the public trust in managing this public land and result in a permanent damage to not only the land, but the legitimacy of public land management in Clark County.

Hi, my name is Selena Heck and I'm singing this petition to save RedRocks. Not only is it a great climbing and outdoor activity hot spot, but RedRocks is a living, thriving natural ecosystem. Building on this land would displace organisms and degrade the natural history of the area.

We don't need more housing in that area. There is enough! Already too many vacant homes. Preserve one of our natural treasures. Let Red Rock keep its beauty. With development comes destruction.

Didn't Bob Stupak try this in the early 90's? Didn't someone try to develop Spring Mountain Ranch in the 80's? Why would this natural resource be less precious now with 10 times the population utilizing this gorgeous natural wild land? Developed is not for the good of many. Stop development of our public lands!

So much of our beautiful country is being developed. Please leave some space for us to enjoy the natural beauty God has provided for us. This is how we found renewal and are restored so that we can work like a dog the rest of the week!

Please leave this area in its natural state. If this resource is to be altered, I will no longer bring my money to Las Vegas. This is what draws me to the area, and I will have no reason to come back, as I can go to a casino down the stree.
