Rural Zoning should stay rural zoning. That is why the county set up Rural Neighborhood Preservation areas. Look at the mistakes that the City of Henderson made allowing development in their mountains.

Look into Boulder CO's open space programs to see what the positive benefits of successful land management can do for your community.

Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area is unlike any other place in the world. We owe it to future generations to preserve it and the surrounding area from any further development.

I have spent months of my life driving to and from Red Rocks. The sheer vastness and beauty of the landscape is half of what makes Red Rocks such a special place. It would be incredibly unfortunate and shortsighted to destroy that landscape just so that a developer can give some celebrities a nice view.

Please keep the the unique beauty and majesty of Red Rocks wild and free of housing. It is a very special place for tourists not coming to view house but nature! It is t therefore adds to Nevada's reputation and economy!

I'm a climber from Canada and I find it would be indeed very sad to destroy this environment, as well as jeopardizing going back to the area
