Here we are again with Rhodes. I'm not about to stand and see our beloved Red Rock become a capitalized millionaires land that lessens area accessibility and enjoyment to the rest of the city. Parts of our city should stay preserved in their natural state out of respect for the land.

Please don’t touch the Beuty of Red Rock for some housing developments...Las Vegas has plenty of open lots...Please protect the habitat of thousand of animals...

Red Rock Canyon is a geologic treasure that is extraordinary beyond measure to any area. The citizens of LV are so blessed to have this wonderful environment so close, so accessible to be enjoyed in just a few minutes drive. It is the priority responsibility of the city's residents, more importantly, the city's local government to recognize the importance to protect the Red Rock Canyon and SURROUNDING AREA from developers. The encroachment has already far exceeded too close to this precious area. Many of our city and county representatives have expressed disappointment that their predecessors did not act accordingly to set a buffer in the area of the 215 to protect the eastern ranges of Red Rock and the canyon from non-rural development.

No building without builders taking on full cost - projects like this need to stop enabling builders to be free riders that make the quick dollar on flip
