Please leave the Red Rocks pristine. The countless hordes in the other nearby developments need a place to get away from it all.

Our government and corporations continue to destroy our planet. Nature must be preserved or our species will be dead in 300 years or less. NV needs to save it's areas of desert beauty.

Red rock is the only reason why I travel to Las Vegas. If it were developed, I wouldn't have a reason to return.

My husband and I got engaged at Red Rocks, so it is a special place for us. I would like to see the area surrounding it protected for future generations.

My parents just moved to Henderson, and I am excited that the city and the beautiful surrounding desert are able to co-exist. Let's keep Red Rock a world class draw for climbers and outdoor sportsmen and sportswomen.

Red Rock Canyon is a place of incomparable scenic beauty and a beloved destination for recreation and spiritual renewal. Allowing development in this peaceful, scenic, and natural area would completely destroy the natural beauty and greatly reduce the appeal to the thousands of visitors who visit each year. Furthermore, allowing a National Conservation Area to be ravaged by ugly, for-profit development target to the financial elite is anathema to the very purpose of land conservation and flies in the face of the very reasons this special place was originally preserved. Please recognize this proposed use as a use that is incompatible with the surrounding land and one that would irreparably harm the scenic and ecological benefits that this special land provides.

Please keep these areas open for public use by voting not to rezone for high-density development. The public good generated by limiting impact on Red Rock Canyon for generations to come will far surpass any additional tax revenue generated by new development.

please do not let this area be developed for the purpose of financial growth. leave this area rural for the purpose of it intrinsic beauty and the resource-based benefit it has to the natural ecosystem. we do not have to develop or destroy everything. why do we continually seek quantity over quality in this world? we do not need more. we already have enough. we need to learn to live with less for our hands take so much of the earth and from the earth. i implore you to vote against the development and destruction of the surrounding Red Rock Canyon Area.
