I lived in Las Vegas for 16 years, before my husband died and visited all over Red Rock with him. I do not want to see this magnificent area ruined. Please reconsider destroying something so beautiful, vast and pure.

They've already ruined the desert in Henderson by developing Inspirada, let's not let the same thing happen Red Rock.

We are members of RRC and weekly users of this gem. The mine operators need to complete land reclamation and then get out of the area.

Greed.
Vegas will never be the same. Red Rock brings tourists to our area and keeps residents happy. I personally would not live in Las Vegas if it weren't for the escape that Red Rock gives to its locals.

Please don't build any thing at Red Rock! I love going there to see the beautiful mountains, fresh air, etc. The beauty of Red Rock is shared by everyone even tourists! Building something there will cause congestion, we will lose the view of the beautiful mountains because of smog, more traffic-no more riding, jogging on the road-due to more dangerous condition, no more wild animals-road runners, bobcats, etc. Please don't build anything! I love Red Rock the way it is!

I plan on coming to Las Vegas specifically to climb red rocks. I have no other desire to visit LV. Without red rocks LV would not receive any tourism money from me. Please keep the area rural and open to public recreation!

As our population and cities grow our need for preserved space to enjoy nature also is going up in demand. If we want to keep the possibilities for people to stay healthy in the mind & body we must protect the recreation area we have by not polluting & over populating our 'open space'!!!!!!!!

Developing that into residential would be a terrible injustice to nature lovers who like the peace & tranquility of Red Rock!
Keep Red Rock like it is.
