As human population continues to increase it is our responsibility to make the best choices to live in harmony with the natural environment and protect the little land that is left for natural plants and animals to thrive along with us. We cannot continue to take and take and take without considering whether it is the best choice for ALL living in this space, not just humans. There has to be a limit to the construction. Keep Red Rock rural. I have seen the deer, the jack rabbits, the birds, the lizards, and insects that need this land as their home. We humans have the capability to preserve or destroy. Make the choice to protect the lands so we can all flourish together. It truly is our choices today that create our future. Remember that natives lived in these lands for thousands of years in harmony with the environment. Yet in the last 50 years we humans have committed to taking over the land without thought to what we are destroying. It is not too late to start thinking about the long term effects of our choices today. We need to plan for all living in this area, not just for humans. It is our responsibility to choose wisely.

So many other places to develop that are equally as amazing. We should keep Red Rock as free as we can from development or intrusions by development.

Do not do this, there are other locations you can build on that wouldn't take away from the natural beauty at Red Rock.

We need to keep Red Rock Canyon as it is. Preserving the park and not polluting the envirement with ugly housing and lights that will dull the night sky. We already can barely see any stars at night, due to all the lights in the city. We dont need any more housing to ruin the beauty.

Don’t allow our natural spaces, enjoyed by all in the Vegas valley, to be taken over by luxury developers and turned into elitest enclaves. Keep Red Rock safe from development and accessible to all who want to enjoy the beauty of the Nevada desert.

I am from the UK but love the wild and unique environment at Red Rocks. Through climbing and tourism this brings revenue into the local economy and needs to be protected
Please help Red Rocks to remain wild

With all of the land around Las Vegas the developers have to target one of the most beautiful spots for miles around? Tell them NO. Go build somewhere else instead of ruining Red Rock for everyone else.

I am a Las Vegas native since the 60's and have always cherished Red Rock as a beautiful get away from town. Please keep it that way. There are plenty of other places to build in this valley. Red Rock should be for all and not just the wealthy who want to own it.

I grew up in red rock, and I would have no place to hike. I love red rock, so let’s save it together!
