If you let natural resources disappear to more development, then you are left with just development and nothing else. I'm sure people will come and pay to see another neighborhood.

Red rocks is the best thing about Las Vegas. It's real life experiences outside the make believe world of sin city. Keep red rocks natural by keeping cookie cutter developments away. Las Vegas needs a natural environment to escape to.

Red Rock canyon isn't for fat lazy people going into retirement. It's for those looking to escape and pursue what drives their hearts without the confines of housing, convenience, and ease. Keep it as is!

NO! We don't need more housing especially not on land reserved for the fragile ecosystem of red rocks. Desert ecosystems are more vulnerable to human impact and take longer to heal than other climate zones. This is just another land grab by big companies to make money. Put it somewhere else!

the water resource in the region does not support the existing population, let alone 14K more residents. That, and the fact that there's 18 thousand foreclosed homes currently for sale in Clark County , Nevada.
