Please keep Such developement away from Red Rock Canyon. I regularly come from East of the Mississippi just to visit this place for its natural beauty. Please preserve and protect the area from nearby developments so future generations can experience the same environment that we all do now. Think for the long term, not for short term profit and sprawl.

We need to preserve some of our beautiful mountain views. We still need to have the nature and the Millatti to enjoy it.

Red rock is one of Nevada's natural treasures. Please do not approve any housing developments that will reduce the wilderness appeal and increase human impact.

This is one of the most significant and beautiful parts of Las Vegas. This was my childhood, and it can't be destroyed.

Why would ANYONE who lives here think it is a good idea to sell Red Rock to a developer, thereby eliminating the most beautiful and compelling part of our local environment? Is it that the Commissioners believe that the property taxes raised from such a development will help balance the county's budget?? If this is a revenue raising scheme, then the county needs to take another look at their budget. Perhaps they should lower the salaries they pay and make them more in line with what the rest of us earn. I am sure there are other avenues also. Destroying our land should be not only the last resort, but simply not on the table.
