Please do not build homes or any businesses in Red Rock!! It's a fabulous tourist attraction and an attractive incentive for people to move to Vegas. Don't ruin it. Us locals love it there.

Do NOT despoil Red Rock Canyon. It is a national treasure and a significant recreational area for Las Vegas. Further development only brings increased traffic density, pollution, and reduction of habitat for native species. Let's save this area for generations to come. Since when does development and the unending quest for the holy dollar become more important than areas like Red Rock?

There should not be any building on that land ever. This is land that needs to be preserved for the wildlife.

Save this lovely area---lots of desert out there somewhere that a developer could develop.

I grew up in Las Vegas 's in the 50's and 60's and it is extremely distrubing to see the encroachment of development upon this beautiful natural wonderland.

I love coming to Red Rocks for the unlimited rock climbing and hiking opportunities. Having never been a fan of the hustle and bustle of Las Vegas, the rural aspect of the park is very appealing to me. I feel that if this developer is allowed to build in this area there will be nothing stopping future developers from coming into the area and taking more and more land. Ruining one of the best aspects of the park!

Red Rock Canyon serves the community and visitors as an invaluable resource to enjoy and experience the beauty and awe of the Nevada desert landscape. Something a neighborhood of houses and shopping malls can never do.

This is the treasure of southern Nevada. We need to protect it and stop allowing any private ownership. There used to be a 5 mile buffer between Red Rock and any housing. Slowly over the years that buffer has become smaller and smaller. If we don't stop this no we will lose this special place forever.
