Please provide the greatest possible easement and protection for this area. Open spaces in cities such as Boulder Colorado have provided a long-term resource that is highly desirable. Over-development dilutes quality of life and ultimately reduces the appeal to live in Las Vegas and reduces or limits property values. Maintaining areas such as Red Rock Canyon and the surrounding parks and BLM lands greatly increases the quality of life for everyone, from those who regularly use this area and the roadways for outdoor use to the occasional visitor.

We recently moved to this area and one of the greatest natural backdrops that aided our decision to make this our home is Red Rock Canyon. I can't even fathom why we would want to impact the natural beauty of this area with a man-made development. I strongly vote no to any development as noted.

Jim Rhodes says "Two-per-Acre" but watch out for the final paperwork, it may say nine. Fighting this round two here.

I had the pleasure of visiting this beautiful place just recently and I strongly disagree with urban development in this area. It should be kept the way it is for future generations.
