Local officials have no interest in limiting new building permission. Example: Mountains Edge area, now just starting to construct acceptable traffic flow, but this happening after 10 years of congestion.

We have enough empty houses in Vegas now, we don't need to build more new McMansions and the required roads, street lights and water mains right next to our beautiful Federal Park that has many thousands of tourist visitors yearly.
