We already are loosing so much water in lake mead from housing developments, what makes anyone think Vegas can support any more people???????????? Oh ya, we can’t. Plus, we’ve already pushed houses so far back into the mountains. We shouldn’t do any more, we share this land with wildlife too you know. Very selfish of developers to drive the plants and animals out, and selfish given the current situation of lake mead!!!!!!!!!!

How is it legal or ETHICAL for these greedy corporations to bring this forward again and again? They need to take NO for an answer

I’ve been going out to this area since 1987 to enjoy the peace and serenity of the environment. Why encroach on one of the best places for Las Vegans to visit(not live in!) Keep it pristine and uninhabited!

Red Rock area is a national treasure to our community and environment, further development is irresponsible by our County Commission and is hazardous to the environment of Red Rock and surrounding area!

We should presence the beauties of nature. Once it is gone, we will never be able to get it back. We should not allow financial gain ruin the natural beauty of an area for everyone. If one cannot see what I am saying, then consider the mass amount of individual who visit to enjoy Red Rock. If it starts getting crowded and the views are destroyed, the crowds will be less desirable and may decrease.

Please, enough is enough. Why pave paradise? We can’t undo this damage once done. Thanks There’s plenty of space elsewhere and many places inside city to be improved.

There is a long history of applications for similar developments here being vehemently opposed by the public. Please learn from this history and deny any application to develop our scarce natural resource.

Red Rock is for the public to enjoy, not the wealthy few! The land has already been encroached upon on the north. NO MORE HOUSES AND TRAFFIC!!!

SR 159 is already unsafe due to the amount of traffic, and speeding. All these extra houses will increase the risks of pedestrians and cyclists being hit by vehicles along this road.

They should not be permitted to have access off 159. That was a key element when I was on the Commission. He bought land that didn't have access so its his problem. This violates the agreement we had with them.

I'm a former Vegas resident and I still love coming down to Red Rock and enjoying the unique atmosphere it provides. Please don't let Red Rock be tarnished by private property owners who violate county code and previous legal agreements .

I have visited Red Rock Canyon and loved the fact that is such a quiet respite away from "The Strip." Please keep it that way for future generations to enjoy such pristine beauty so close to Las Vegas.

The City of Las Vegas and Clark County are out of control. They have allowed unbridled development and development are closing in on Red Rock. It needs to stop now!
