I grew up in Las Vegas. My great Grandmother was the 1st woman to own a business- Anna Parks. I visit Red Rock often when I am in town to see family. Its important to maintain the boundaries around it and keep it rural- so its beauty and access continues for all.

Visiting Red Rock is one of my favorite things to do when I visit Las Vegas (and spend money there). Please do not ruin Red Rock! Keep it undeveloped!

Where does it stop? Greed over the beauty of our national treasures. No one has ever regretted leaving the Red Woods to stand, or not mining Yosemite for granite. Let's start making decisions for the many vs the few in order to make them rich(er). The U of Washington State research has shown that using natural places provide longer lasting revenue to a community than quick extraction or fast development. It creates more jobs, that last longer, that are secure and diverse (so they can weather change in a changing economy).
