Hi,
Red Rocks is a beautiful area that I've visited regularly for over 20 years. During that time, development has exploded and continued to grow closer and now encroaching into Red Rocks.
Please preserve this area for current and future generations to enjoy.

Please help to retain the natural character of Red Rock Canyon! This is one of Nevada and the entire Nation's greatest treasures, and I hope it remains that way for generations to come.

you build a master planned community out in Red Rock you will be destroying one of the last places where you can see the stars without light pollution, you will destroying a natural ecosystem where there is abundance of wildlife and of course the new human residents will complain about the coyote, and ravens the rattle snakes and tarantulas that live out there just like they did the pig farm and the airport, it is a national recreation area it needs protection not development, There are enough homes and apartments in the valley leave RED Rock canyon alone.

This place, as place of adventure and nature, is more important than most can imagine. I encourage everyone to experience in its fullness, and we must do everything in our power to protect it.

Please keep Red Rock rural. There are enough air conditioned boxes in the Valley. Untampered nature is needed to keep our community healthy. Thank you!

Keep this beautiful place wild and free. Las Vegas has plenty of vacant homes, and a ton of shopping and commercial areas. Preserve the natural world!

We need wild places more than shopping malls. According to mapping data from2014, there is 50 square feet of retail space for every person in the US. I personally think that is enough. Don't develope this area.
Sincerely,
Carrie Drake

Red rocks is a special place that doesn't deserve to be so close to such a huge, ugly city. Let's keep that wretched city from encroaching on and suffocating the amazing natural beauty that surrounds it. We've only got one chance at this, come on humans, don't suck.
