A magical place will become "anywhere USA" if the buildings are allowed to deface the landscape.

The NCA isn't just a piece of land with a border drawn around it, it is a piece of land that must maintain its beautiful and rural nature. Protect this area!

I have a 2nd home in Vegas and never want to see Red Rocks destroyed or developed

Red Rocks is a beautiful natural heritage and should be protected in its pristine conditions. Buildings would ruin the scenery and the peacefulness that the landscape transmit to visitors.

Keep traffic, noise, light pollution, and unnecessary development out of the Red Rocks area. Preserve this land for future generations and sustain the long term enjoyment of this precious natural wilderness resource.

Don't encroach on Red Rocks land

We need to keep this area open to locals and visitors and keep the natural beauty that can never be restored. We don't need more homes in the valley.

I come to Red Rock National Conservation Area once a year to climb, hike, and trail run. This is my favorite area close to Southern California (where I live) because of the wilderness feel and quiet. During these trips, I also go back into Vegas to buy supplies and gas. A development on Blue Diamond Hill would eliminate the serenity of the area, and I would be less likely to come.

My family so enjoys visiting this area when we travel to Las Vegas. Slow down. There has been a lot of development already. Don't overdo it!

Who wants to live in a gypsum mine? This development is a terrible idea.

Keep red rocks and the surrounding environs rural and undeveloped. Don't destroy this beautiful place that is so unique and such an asset to Las Vegas and its people and all who love to visit .

I visit Red Rock nearly every time i am in Las Vegas for business. To think it could be polluted with the immiscible addition of any housing development, to say nothing of a 'high density' one, is detestable and I cannot imagine how anyone could even consider such an egregious proposal.

I grew up in Las Vegas and my family loved outings in Red Rock Canyon. Please preserve it for my grandchildren and great grandchildren. It is such a beautiful pristine place.

Red Rock is a treasure to be kept the way it is: rural and magnificent!

My wife and I are frequent visitors to Red Rock.

Red rocks is designated wilderness, the highest federal designation of land. Higher than even national parks. A similar development would never be considered in Zion, or Yosemite...never. So why in Red Rock?

I love Red Rock, and I vote.

My family has lived her since 1910 My Great Grandfather has his name on an Elks lodge, and a street in north Vegas. The nerve of you to ruin a valley already in such building and water run off disarray is stupid, you need to leave our national park areas alone.
